Delivery Time for Oil Paintings
The delivery time for your order will start from when you place your order until the time you receive it, which generally takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on several factors such as availability of the artist, complexity of the painting, shipping time and destination. In addition some very large or complicated paintings and orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete.
Oil painting cannot be completed very quickly. Since the pigments of paint and oil layers in between needs to be completely dry before next layer of paint can be applied. This process is greatly depends on the humidity and temperature of the environment. Your oil painting will consists of several layers of paint which would be applied on top of another and only when the layer below is completely dry. As it is very difficult to predict weather conditions and the speed with which the oil will dry, it is not perfectly possible to predict when the painting will be dry enough to ship. Shipping time is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. The paintings are shipped rolled inside a protective tube.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, which will also include a delivery tracking number so that you may check the delivery progress online through Australia Post tracking system.
Shipping Costs
We have one standard fee for shipping anywhere in Australia. This fee may change from time to time to reflect the changes on the postal system and our handling costs.

All paintings are coated with a variety of preserving varnishes, covered with a protective sheet and film, and then carefully rolled into hard and sturdy tubes.
If your order contains a combination of products we will act on your best interest and may decide to send them separately. For this you will not be charged additional shipping.
Lost and Damaged Products
We guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and within the estimated delivery time. Occasionally, however, packages may become lost or damaged in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us.
