*I accept following conditions for the artwork I have attached to my application, these conditions are valid should the O-P-R-A accept my application.
O-P-R-A Living Artist Application Conditions
“Your work will be displayed on our web site for the purpose of resale to our end users. The price can be determined by yourself and we will provide our feedback about the price and should we find the price unrealistic we may decide to refuse to show your work. If we decided to display your work at the price determined after consultation with you we will display it in our web site for 6 months. However should your painting not sell with 6 months O-P-R-A may be in touch with you to review your price for a lower rate. If you do not agree O-P-R-A may decide to remove your painting from it web sites. O-P-R-A does not take any responsibility for failure to sale any of the paintings. O-P-R-A is not liable for any loss to the artist or any 3rd party for the failure of selling of any paintings.
It is the artist’s obligation to make sure the painting displayed has correct description, correct sizes, correct material used, and correct price. Should the artist become aware that there is a mistake on any of the above he/she must contact O-P-R-A immediately by email and ask for necessary corrections. O-P-R-A does not take any responsibility for wrong o missing description of any work and is not liable for sny damages to artist or the prospective buyers. It is artist responsibility to ensure the information given in our web site is correct.
Once an artist’s painting is sold O-P-R-A will hold 10% of the total selling price as it fee. O-P-R-A will contact with the artist within 24 hours and request the shipment of the painting. Once the painting is received successfully and accepted by the customer and confirmed by O-P-R-A artist will be paid for the painting price. This payment by O-P-R-A will be made after 7 days of the receipt by the customer and at the end of the cooling period for return products.
Any artist may decide to withdraw this/her application for any reason. If the artist decides to withdraw his/her application they must contact O-P-R-A in writing and inform them of this decision. However artists are obliged to sell the painting if a payment is already received on their behalf and artist has already been informed of this sale.
Artist gives O-P-R-A the every right to display their work in our web sites s well as any other publications, which include but not limited electronic, print and voice media. However O-P-R-A reserves to right to remove them from the display without giving a reason and is not required to inform the artist of this decision. Artist cannot hold O-P-R-A responsible for any loss to himself or any 3rd parties for O-P-R-A’s decisions.
