From the 1520s he received commissions from Cologne nobility. His works include Altarpieces, c. 1523, Stiftskirche, Essen; Altarpieces, c. 1531, St. Victor, Xanten; and Portrait of Mayor Peter von Heimbach, 1545, Wallraf-Richartz Museum, Cologne.
