Born in 1839 France, Cezanne had a passion for truthfulness,of what the world really was, never painting from a naked model instead seeking photoraphs from which he assembled his compositions. His landscapes and still life illuminate radiance, and popular works of his are 'Still life with Apples and Oranges' and 'The Large Bathers'.
